SAN FRANCISCO, CA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.
But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, residents should expect cooler temperatures to start off the week followed by a warming trend, according to the National Weather Service.
"Brief cooling through Monday," NWS San Francisco forecasters wrote Sunday. "More substantial warming trend Tuesday through Thursday."
In other news, a 4-year-old was missing after a rollover crash; an elderly man died after crashing his vehicle into a building; three people and a dog were displaced by a house fire; and a stabbing suspect was arrested after a nearly three-hour standoff.
Also, a baby was born in Bay Area traffic and a man towed a two-story house across Bay Area waters.
Plus, California health officials are warning the public that a person who was hospitalized for measles and who was not vaccinated recently traversed the state by train and bus, traveling to cities in southern, Southern and Northern California.
