Culinary Clash – Dinner #3: Quis White vs. Jake “MAC” McCambridge

The final competition dinner of Culinary Clash’s 15th anniversary takes place Sunday, March 15, at Bistro 888 inside InterContinental San Francisco.

This culminating evening features Quis White and Jake “MAC” McCambridge, two standout culinary students with distinct perspectives and bold ambitions.

After a career in Human Resources, Quis followed his passion into the kitchen, drawing inspiration from Edna Lewis and classic American culinary traditions with dreams of opening a community-centered restaurant. Jake “MAC,” a San Francisco native pursuing triple degrees in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and Food Management, brings global storytelling and lifelong hospitality roots to his cooking.

Guests will experience exclusive, chef-driven menus crafted for this one-night-only event, with optional wine pairings from Kivelstadt Cellars selected to complement each course.

Proceeds from every ticket benefit CCSF’s Culinary Arts & Hospitality Studies Department, helping support the next generation of Bay Area culinary talent.
