Get ready for a morning filled with exciting activities:
Fitness Classes: Bring your mat and start your day strong with these fitness classes by Vennu Yoga. Do your workout alongside Golden State Warriors Alum, Adonal Foyle, who will be making a special appearance! The first 150 participants to check-in will receive a free yoga mat from Kaiser Permanente.
- 11AM Rumble Pilates - Combining kickboxing and Pilates delivers a powerful fitness mix of high-energy cardio and strength training. Kickboxing builds explosive power, speed, and fat-burning endurance.
- 11:30AM Hip Hop Zumba - High-energy dance fitness workout blending sharp street-style choreography, rapid cardio, and easy-to-follow repetitive steps set to rap, hip-hop, and move to the beat.
- 12PM Zen Yoga Flow with Sound (disposable eye covers provided) - Combines traditional yoga stretching with Zen Buddhist mindfulness, focusing on physical alignment, energy flow, and present-moment awareness.
Nourish Your Body: Explore our Farmer's Market, farm-fresh produce to fuel your healthy lifestyle. Plus, get ready for a special treat – Wellness Bucks will be distributed for you to spend on market goodies!
Melt Away Stress: Indulge in some much-needed relaxation and enjoy free massage and cryotherapy stations to release tension and rejuvenate your body.
