Exploring people who created change.
Step inside the Palo Alto Museum main hall for a first look at two inaugural exhibits: Dona Juana Briones and I AM PALO ALTO.
Meet Juana Briones - 19th-century entrepreneur, matriarch, advocate, healer, and landowner, who pioneered how women of her time could create impact - and discover the wall from the oldest known home in Palo Alto. Then talk with "Pam," the AI-powered digital docent in I AM PALO ALTO, to explore the lives of Jane Stanford, Thomas Foon Chew, and Sam McDonald, three Palo Altans who changed the world through education, food, music, technology, and more. Add your photo while you're there.
Along the way, enjoy hands-on activities and artifacts, meet special guests with family ties to the people featured, pick up museum swag unique to this pop-up, and share your ideas for future programming.
