Caring for Our Caregivers Hosts Free Wellness Live Workshop on IG
With special guest Dr. Julie Foucher, the workshop will be held Wednesday, 9/30 on IG Live @sufipsychology.

On a mission to provide every healthcare worker across the globe the tools needed to avoid burnout and its dangerous consequences, Caring For Our Caregivers will be hosting a Wellness Live Workshop alongside special guest Dr. Julie Foucher among others on Wednesday, September 30 beginning at 10 a.m. PST. Free for all to attend with a donation to the organization encouraged, the workshop will offer top tips, tricks and techniques for healthcare workers to utilize each and every shift, guided meditations to enjoy, resources for the future and more via Instagram Live. Led by the Sufi Psychology Association, the workshop will be available to attend on their profile @sufipsychology. Each session will last around 10 minutes in length, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions live. The workshop will be live on their page for three days thereafter and will touch on meditation, affirmations, journaling, managing multiple roles in everyday life and more.

Mental health is of the utmost importance in continuing to provide care, and we’re excited to help share our expertise in caring for oneself as a healthcare worker.”
Attendees will be treated to a session led by the initiative’s founder, Dr. Saloumeh Bozorgzadeh, PsyD., a Movazaneh movement, stress triangle with Dr. Ali Pourpezeshk, affirmations and journaling with Dr. Lynn Wilcox, special guest Dr. Julie Foucher and managing multiple roles in everyday life with Dr. Farnoosh Nouri.
Completely volunteer-run and donation-driven, the organization has successfully donated 538 tablets preloaded with guided meditations and coping resources along with 18,100 headsets to 167 healthcare institutions across the globe.
