Logan had been out of custody and was under the supervision of adult probation, according to Hirst.
Around 11 a.m., upon hearing a discussion that he may be remanded into custody, Logan apparently ran out of the third-floor courtroom, down a flight of stairs and out of the building's front entrance, Hirst said.
