Police say they found hundreds of photos of children being abused on his iPad, according to the East Bay Times.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A former San Francisco police officer whose then-fiancée turned him over to the police over photos depicting child porn avoided prison time as part of a plea deal with Alameda County prosecutors, according to an East Bay Times report.
Westley Paetow pleaded no contest to misdemeanor child pornography possession, bringing to a conclusion a four-year-long prosecution against the former officer, who, as part of the deal, must register as a sex offender for 10 years and serve one year of probation, according to the report.
