Family Of Missing Bay Area Coffeeshop Owner Offers $10K Reward For Her Return

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The family of a woman who owns coffee shops in the Bay Area has offered $10,000 for information leading to her return after she went missing last month.

Amy Hillyard’s husband Chris Hillyard announced on Monday that the woman's family is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to her safe return home.

Amy, 52, owns Farley's coffee shops in Oakland and San Francisco.

The mother of two was last seen around 2 p.m. on March 25 near the 500 block of Radnor Road in Oakland, according to Oakland Police Department.

Last month, friends and family attended a candlelight vigil for Hillyard. More than 200 volunteers walked door-to-door to help with the search, NBC Bay Area reported.

“We truly believe someone out there has seen Amy, may know where she is, or has information that could help bring her home. Despite the tireless efforts of hundreds of volunteers over the past two weeks, we are still searching for answers. The Oakland Police Department (OPD) continues to follow up on leads, and we hope this reward encourages anyone with information to come forward. If you know anything, no matter how small it may seem, please contact the OPD’s Missing Persons Unit at (510) 238-3641. Your information could make all the difference in bringing Amy home,” Chris Hillyard said in a statement.

Amy is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Amy is considered at risk due to medical conditions, which were not disclosed, police said.
