Flood Advisory For Most Of Bay Area: Nat'l Weather Service
Roadway flooding has been reported in several areas.

SAN FRANCISCO — The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Sonoma counties until 10:15 a.m.
The weather service warns of "minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent."
The California Highway Patrol, cities and counties are reporting multiple incidents of roadway flooding causing closures or partial closures. Remember, never drive through standing water because it may be deeper than you suspect or the current may be strong enough to sweep away your vehicle.

In fact, most flood deaths happen in vehicles.
The weather service warns of urban and small stream flooding in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Daly City, Napa, Alameda, San Rafael, Novato, Martinez, San Pablo, Lafayette, El Cerrito, Hercules, American Canyon, Albany, Pinole, Orinda, Mill Valley and San Anselmo.
