Bill Gene Hobbs faces 21 misdemeanor counts and one felony charge after being accused of stalking and inappropriately touching women.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – A lawyer for accused San Francisco serial stalker Bill Gene Hobbs said during Hobbs’ preliminary hearing that it is “clear” that the 34-year-old is suffering from “mental health issues,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
