Man Found Dead On San Francisco Caltrain Platform

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A man was found dead on a Caltrain platform in San Francisco on Saturday morning, according to police.
Officers responded around 8:06 a.m. to the 1100 block of 22nd Street, where paramedics pronounced the man dead and the Medical Examiner's Office launched an investigation, NBC Bay Area. Anyone with information is asked to contact the San Francisco Police Department at 415-575-4444 or submit an anonymous tip by texting TIP411 and beginning the message with SFPD.
