Man Who Died In San Francisco Homicide Identified

Five other people were injured in the shooting.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA —A man who died in a shooting that injured five other people in San Francisco's Bayview District on Friday night has been identified by the city's medical examiner's office as 20-year-old Darius Thomas.

The shooting was reported around 11 p.m. in the area of Third Street and Quesada Avenue.

Thomas, a San Francisco resident, died in the shooting. Police did not immediately release information on the extent of the other victims' injuries.
