SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Police arrested a naked man Tuesday morning on suspicion of flooding a luxury San Francisco apartment building, according to multiple reports.

There, police said they found a 46-year-old naked man named Michael Nien – who reportedly lives in the building – drenched in water, according to CBS News.

Multiple floors of the building leading up to an opened pipe on the 11th floor were flooded, the outlet said.

The suspect was detained, arrested, and booked in San Francisco County Jail on suspicion of felony vandalism and resisting arrest, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
