New San Francisco Restaurant Gains National Recognition

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — San Francisco restaurant Verjus has claimed a spot on Eater’s Best New Restaurants of 2019 list. When making their selections, Eater editors across the country chose joints that are "the right place at the right time — right now."

Verjus is the creation of famed Chef Michael Tusk and his restaurateur wife Lindsay. The couple took inspiration from France, Italy, and Spain to create a wine bar "for the ages, immune to the city’s fast-casual craze."

If you're looking for a cute spot for wine, cheese, a bistro-cut steak followed by a decadent dessert, Verjus is the place to try.
