Pelosi's Home Vandalized With Paint, Pig's Head On New Year's Day
Speaker Nancy Pelosi's garage was reportedly vandalized with a message referencing the $2,000 stimulus checks held up in the U.S. Senate.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA â Speaker Nancy Pelosi's home was reportedly vandalized early New Years Day with what appears to be red paint, a spray-painted message and a pig's head, TMZ reported. The graffiti appears to reference $2,000 stimulus checks that were held up in the U.S. Senate.
A photo posted to Twitter Friday showed what looks like Pelosi's garage in Pacific Heights, where the note is scrawled above a splatter of red paint, with a pig's head placed in the center of it all.
The message, left on her garage door, read: "$2k CANCEL RENT! WE WANT EVERYTHING!" The graffiti suspect also illustrated the symbol for anarchy.

But Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky) blocked the Democrats' bill on Wednesday. Pelosi (D-Calif) urged McConnell to allow the upper chamber to vote on the bill, which already passed in the House and would place $2,000 in the hands of many Americans.
"The Democrats and Republicans in the House have passed that legislation. Who is holding up that distribution to the American people? Mitch McConnell and the Senate Republicans,â Pelosi told reporters at a conference Wednesday.
The Senate Republicans remain divided on the proposal to raise stimulus checks from $600 to $2,000. McConnell has been backed by several GOP leaders who oppose the larger checks.
"Congress should continue helping workers whoâve lost their jobs. But blindly borrowing more than $600 billion so we can send $2,000 checks to millions of people who havenât lost any income is terrible policy. I wonât consent to a vote on that," Toomey Tweeted Tuesday.
