Police Arrest Suspects In Alamo Square Auto Burglary
Two men accused in the burglary were arrested, along with the man accused of buying their stolen items.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — San Francisco officers arrested two suspects in a vehicle burglary in the city's Alamo Square neighborhood this week, police said.
Around 10 a.m. Tuesday, officers were alerted to a report of a vehicle burglary in the area of Alamo Square and learned the description of the suspect vehicle, San Francisco police said.
At 10:17 a.m., officers saw a vehicle matching the description in the area of Potrero Avenue and Division Street. The car stopped in the area of 24th and Alabama streets and met with an unknown man, later identified as 51-year-old Jose Carreno, according to police.

Carreno allegedly bought items from an occupant in the suspect vehicle. After the suspect vehicle left, officers arrested Carreno and they recovered items from the initial auto burglary, police said.
The occupants of the suspect vehicle, identified as Daevon Hudson, 23, and Armani Tolliver, 22, were arrested in Oakland. According to police, officers searched the suspects' vehicle and found a firearm, a large amount of money in U.S. currency, burglary tools and more items that were stolen in the vehicle burglary.

The recovered items were returned to the burglary victims, police said.
Carreno was booked into San Francisco County Jail on suspicion of buying or receiving stolen property and conspiracy.
Hudson was sent to the same jail for suspected burglary in the second degree, possession of burglary tools, receiving stolen property, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, being armed with a firearm in commission of a felony, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to display both license plates and conspiracy.
Tolliver was also booked into San Francisco County Jail on suspicion of burglary in the second degree, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and grand theft.
