Police Arrest Suspects Wanted For Construction Site Burglaries
Police have been investigating a series of residential construction site burglaries since July.

SAN FRANCISCO — Police in San Francisco have arrested two suspects believed to be involved in recent construction site burglaries.
Luis Celaya, 34, of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of four counts of burglary, possession of burglary tools and committing a felony while on bail, and Gilbert Monter, 25, of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools and probation violation, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
Since July, police have been investigating a series of residential construction site burglaries that involved a tan Ford pickup truck.

Investigators identified a suspect involved in the burglaries as Celaya, and on Sept. 15, officers conducted surveillance on him and observed him and a second suspect, identified as Monter, burglarize a construction site in the 700 block of Ashbury Street, police said.
Officers then conducted a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle, and Celaya and Monter were taken into custody.

During a search of the suspect's vehicle, officers recovered several items of stolen property and items commonly used as burglary tools, police said.
