SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco police have found a backpack full of drugs hanging on a fence in the city's Tenderloin District, according to a tweet from police early Monday.

Police walking the beat in the 1200 block of Market Street observed the unattended backpack hanging on a fence and discovered it contained nearly 250 grams of Fentanyl, 33.9 grams of methamphetamine, 27.8 grams of heroin as well as other narcotics.

The tweet did not specify when the backpack and drugs were found.
