Monterey, CA – Oct. 8, 2019 – Condé Nast Traveler announced the results of its 32nd annual Readers’ Choice Awards yesterday with Portola Hotel & Spa recognized as the #14 Best Hotel in Northern California. Out of hundreds of qualified properties, the Portola Hotel & Spa secures it spot among the Top Twenty-Five Hotels in the region.

Over half a million Condé Nast Traveler readers submitted a record-breaking number of responses rating their travel experiences to provide a full snapshot of where and how we travel today.
A celebration of the best travel in the world, this award win comes after substantial and ongoing upgrades to the scenic Monterey hotel.
