'Premium' Childcare Education Center Opens First SF Location

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A highly renowned school has opened its first location in San Francisco, offering "premium" early education to children.

The Goddard School, a nationally acclaimed early childhood education franchise, opened a new location at 1700 Montgomery Street earlier this month. This marks the franchise's third Bay Area location.

"Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand the positive impact that strong early learning experiences can have on children and their families,” said Geetha Ganesh, the owner of the new school. "We’re excited to introduce The Goddard School to San Francisco and become part of the community, offering families a trusted educational experience focused on nurturing each child’s growth and development."

The 11,500 square-foot facility will have 12 classrooms, space for up to 154 students and an outdoor playground. It will also create 25 teaching jobs, according to the Goddard School.

Students' ages at the school range from six weeks to six years old. The school offers an "exclusive "inquiry-based education program, Wonder of Learning, which, according to school officials, helps children learn through their "innate curiosity."

"Inquiry-based learning, which guides the Wonder of Learning curriculum, is a teaching and learning approach that focuses on the natural curiosity and sense of wonder children bring into the classroom," according to the school.
