San Francisco 49ers Fire Chip Kelly
A miserable season has cost the coach and the general manager their jobs.

San Francisco wasn't waiting around for the NFL's "Black Monday."
The 49ers reportedly fired coach Chip Kelly and general manager Trent Baalke shortly after the Niners wrapped up another miserable season with a 25-23 loss to Seattle.
San Francisco finished 2-14 in Kelly's only season with the team.

Baalke had been with San Francisco since 2005, becoming the GM in 2011.
Kelly was hailed as an offensive innovator at the University of Oregon but now has been fired from his second team in two years. The Philadelphia Eagles parted ways with Kelly last season, though he did win the NFC East with the team in his first season.
