San Francisco Murder Victim Identified

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A man fatally shot in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon has been identified by the medical examiner's office as 48-year-old Rayshawn Larue.

Officers responded at 12:09 p.m. to reports of a shooting in the area of 23rd and Dakota streets, according to police.

Officers and emergency crews found Larue, a San Francisco resident, and performed CPR on him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No arrest has been made in the shooting and no suspect information was immediately available this morning, according to police.
