SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The City and County of San Francisco is encouraging community groups, merchants associations, schools and nonprofit organizations to apply for funding for community-led improvement projects.

Previous projects that received resources include art installations, public gardens, streetscaping, play areas and more.

The grant program also works alongside the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's Urban Watershed Stewardship Grants program, which specifically funds projects that help manage stormwater with green infrastructure.
Applicants have until Nov. 30 to submit their proposal. More information can be found here.
