SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A $50,000 reward is being offered by police for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for killing a young woman and her father in 2012 in San Francisco's Silver Terrace neighborhood, police said.

At about 10:20 p.m. on July 13, 2012, 20-year-old Chastity Dollison and her father 39-year-old Allen Vance and a family friend were traveling in a white, two-door Lexus east on Silver Avenue near Elmira Street
when the Lexus ran out of gas.

Police said as the three were waiting for a friend to help them, someone came up to the Lexus on foot and fired a gun several times into the vehicle killing Dollison and Vance. They were in the front seat of the Lexus.

Police said the family friend, who was visiting from out of town and in the back seat, was shot but survived.
