Systemwide BART Delay Reported
The delays have caused a meltdown of schedules, but riders report camaraderie with fellow commuters.

BART is reporting a systemwide delay of 20 minutes. In its latest dispatch, the transit agency reports, "BART is recovering from an earlier problem. There is a 20-minute delay system wide due to an equipment problem on a train and an equipment problem on the track."
Homeward-bound riders are exasperated with the delay and have taken to Twitter to vent. Poster Carol Valdez reports that it took her one hour to get from Pittsburg to Antioch.
After complaining what wasa going wrong on BART, Sophia Smith added, "Nice to see riders still cordial and cracking jokes together. Hate our transport infrastructure but love my Bay Area people."

So the signs at ALL BART Stations are NOT working. So now we all have to ask the people sitting on the train what train this is and then yell it to the back of the line #BART
