SAN FRANCISCO — A 69-year-old woman who was reported missing in San Francisco has been found, police said Tuesday.

Patricia Farrell had last been seen late Sunday morning at her home in the 400 block of Huron Avenue in the city's Outer Mission neighborhood and San Francisco police on Monday asked for the public's help in finding her.

Farrell was found later Monday in front of her home and was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, police said Tuesday.
