Woman Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries After Being Punched by Another Woman in Outer Mission in SF

BREAKING: Police said the female victim hit the ground and lost consciousness.

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman suffered life-threatening injuries when she was punched by another woman in San Francisco's Outer Mission neighborhood on Friday, police said today.

The alleged assault occurred around 10 a.m. Friday, when the 27-year-old victim was allegedly punched by a woman in her mid 30s in the 100 block of Sickles Avenue, according to police.

The victim lost consciousness when she fell to the ground, and was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police did not provide information on a motive for the attack. No arrest has been reported.
