Recent Ookla research found that Xfinity Mobile speeds have grown 4.4x since 2023, compared with 2.6x across the wireless industry. Unlike traditional wireless models, Xfinity Mobile combines access to more than 23 million WiFi hotspots with 5G connectivity. Today, nearly 90% of Xfinity Mobile traffic travels over WiFi, allowing performance to scale differently to deliver reduced congestion on cellular networks and a more efficient way to deliver high-quality connectivity.
