Come From Away: Marin’s First Production of the Tony-Winning Musical
Event Details
A Tony-winning Broadway hit is coming to San Anselmo, and it's the first time it's ever been performed in Marin.
Come From Away
Book, Music and Lyrics by Irene Sankoff and David Hein
On 9/11, 38 planes were suddenly grounded in a tiny town in Newfoundland. Overnight, the locals took in nearly 7,000 stranded travelers from around the world, and strangers became family. This is their true story, and it's funny, uplifting and full of heart, with a live band of musicians from Marin's Irish music scene. San Domenico School's production marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
