Carol Franc Buck Hall of the Arts, San Domenico School, 1500 Butterfield Road, San Anselmo

A Tony-winning Broadway hit is coming to San Anselmo, and it's the first time it's ever been performed in Marin.
Come From Away
Book, Music and Lyrics by Irene Sankoff and David Hein
On 9/11, 38 planes were suddenly grounded in a tiny town in Newfoundland. Overnight, the locals took in nearly 7,000 stranded travelers from around the world, and strangers became family. This is their true story, and it's funny, uplifting and full of heart, with a live band of musicians from Marin's Irish music scene. San Domenico School's production marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
Show times:
Friday, November 13 at 7pm
Saturday, November 14 at 1pm and 7pm
Sunday, November 15 at 3pm
Tickets: $15 general, $10 students and seniors
Run time: About 2 hours, including intermission
Free parking. Wheelchair accessible.
Saturday night still has the best seats!
Please be advised that adult language and the mention of difficult subject matter, including Islamophobia and 9/11, are included in this show.
Come From Away is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). MTI also supplies all authorized performance materials. MTIShows.com
