This is the second time Pallas will serve as the Foundation’s Board President. From 2002 to 2007, Hogan co-produced the Foundation’s annual fashion show fundraiser, Stepping Out To Celebrate Life.

“It is truly an honor to lead an organization that makes a difference in the lives of women and men struggling with breast cancer,” said Jane Pallas. “Our grantees and their work with so many in need regularly remind me that I am one of the lucky ones.”

Jane Pallas was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer while living in Washington, D.C. in 1991. She had wonderful caregivers, but it was only after moving to Marin County in 1999 that she discovered an additional aspect to support – To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation.

Being able to give back had always been something Jane wanted to do. She modeled for Stepping Out in 2003 and has been involved ever since, including serving on various committees and the Board of Directors. She served as President in 2011-2012 and has chaired the Grants Committee for five years.

Jane retired in 2011 from Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, as a Client Business Manager in the financial services sector for the western U.S. region. For fun, she works part-time as an In-Home Consultant with Calico, a nationwide home interior design store.

Jane lives in San Rafael, CA.

Over the past 30 years, Tracy Hogan has served on a number of nonprofit Boards of Directors, most in the capacity of Fundraising Chair or Vice President. These Boards include: The Marin Art & Garden Center, Ross School Foundation, Pixie Parents, Inc., Sunny Hills Auxiliary, Ross School PTA, Ross Recreation Board and Auxiliary, Ross Valley Women's League, Ross Valley Little League, and most recently Marin Adopt a Family.

In 2003, Tracy became a full-time fundraising professional as Alumni/Advancement Director at Marin Catholic High School. During this time, she helped to lead two capital campaigns, one for $1.6 Million and one for $13Million.

Tracy was invited by the Marin Community Foundation in 2008 to join their then newly-formed Philanthropic Services team. There, she learned a great deal about foundation work and the Marin non-profit landscape. In 2010, she was invited to join the Advancement team at Dominican University of California, where she works currently as Director of Development, focusing on Major Gifts fundraising.

Tracy lives in San Anselmo with her husband, Bill, and has two sons.
