Chef Ron Siegel now chef in The Western Room at Rancho Nicasio
Michelin Star Chef Ron Siegel, formerly of Michael Mina, Masa's, Ritz Carlton and The French Laundry will be taking it down a notch.
Ron has now joined forces with the Brown family and will be taking over as chef of the newly renovated Western Room. Ron is excited for the opportunity to work in such a special place. Nicasio, itself is amazingly beautiful. Ron uses local farms for produce, cheese and meat whenever possible. Come join us for dinner when you can. It's only a 20 min. drive from Fairfax!
