Come hear 4 part Acapella Harmony for free. Marin Barbershop Chorus
Since 1956 (that is 60 years folks) we have been singing and performing locally and around the country.
The Marin Barbershop Mens Chorus was recently awarded the most improved Chorus award at the Far Western Competition on April 2, in recognition of the chorus' renewed commitment to musical excellence and showmanship. There are 2 free local opportunities to hear us coming up soon.
May 14 1-3 pm in the central courtyard at the Marin Mart (Larkspur Landing) Shopping Center where we will be performing along with other groups as part the Harmony Sweepstakes festival.
The chorus is hosting a visitors night, Monday May 16 at 7:30 pm on at the First Presbyterian Church of San Anselmo, 72 Kensington Road at the corner of Ross Avenue. We welcome everyone to come give us a listen, and if you are interested, sing a few songs with us. Please tell your friends of all ages who like to sing that we are welcoming new members.
