Coroner Identifies Motorcyclist Killed After Hitting Deer On Remote Marin County Road
John Patrick Bobincheck, 49, of Orinda died in a collision with a deer in west Marin County Thursday evening.
MARIN COUNTY, CA – The Marin County coroner's office has identified the motorcycle rider who died in a collision with a deer in west Marin County Thursday evening as John Patrick Bobincheck, 49, of Orinda.
The collision happened around 5:30 p.m. near 9059 Marshall Petaluma Road east of the community of Marshall, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Emergency responders attempted life-saving efforts but Bobincheck was pronounced dead at 6:14 p.m., said coroner's office investigator Roger Fielding.
