Expect a summer unlike any other at the Marin YMCA’s Summer Day Camp. We are committed to building an experience for your child that fosters strong and meaningful relationships, a sense of achievement, and above all, a feeling of belonging. Y Camp offers a new adventure each day, with activities including sports, arts and crafts projects, swimming, songs, wacky games, and so much more. Each session features theme-based enrichment and field trips, and two of our sessions include overnight camping trips for Explorers and Pathfinders (grades 4-5 and 6-8, respectively). We are dedicated to making your child’s experience extraordinary through the talent, imagination and energy of our staff.
We are extremely excited to be holding this summer’s program at College of Marin’s beautiful Indian Valley Campus, an opportunity that will help us deliver the highest-quality program possible. Our camp site will feature expansive outdoor space, trails, an Olympic-sized pool, organic garden and more. Register today to make your child’s summer truly magical. Y Campers are grouped by age into one of four different units. Camp activities are designed to be age-appropriate, with attention to the developmental characteristics of each group. During the bulk of the camp day, campers remain with their unit and become close with their peers. Pre-and-post camp hours, lunch, and Friday choice time are all opportunities for campers to interact with others in different age groups. Camp hours are from 9:00 to 4:00, with extended care offered from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 and 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at no additional cost.
