Work out with local folks and get fit while having
fun! Join our group of friendly, inclusive adults and see how much
fun exercising can be. We modify for all fitness levels. Learn how to lunge and squat to strengthen your legs. Start pushups against picnic tables, then advance to your knees and finally to your toes … you’ll get stronger. We work on core strength,
too. Some classes add outside resistance…dumbbells, kettle bells and
medicine balls…to increase strength and power. We throw in one to
two-minute runs or some jump roping to keep you huffing and puffing. You will work with a partner so you have
support and camaraderie.
Saturdays, 9-10 am, Manor School Kindergarten playground (behind
