San Anselmo Arts Commission to sponsor music events at San Anselmo Country Fair Day

Come to Creek Park and enjoy some great live performances!

The San Anselmo Arts Commission is pleased to sponsor the Creek Park music events at the San Anselmo Country Fair Day on September 28th from noon till 3pm.

The concert will kick off with an hour of children’s tunes lead by the ever-popular Tim Cain. Guitar in hand, Tim Cain at his sing-along concerts provides an opportunity for children, as well as
parents, to participate in a positive group experience with singing and movement. His warmth, good humor, and spontaneity make his shows engaging and accessible to all. Lots of laughter accompanies a rollicking good time.

Prepare to rock from 1pm till 3pm when singer-songwriter Danny Uzilevsky and the band Chrome Johnson hit the stage. Dubbed “The new kings of twang”, Chrome Johnson has been one of the Bay Area’s most popular Roots/Americana, rock bands since 1999. This band is a one of a kind original, guaranteed to satisfy the tastes of fans of the eclectic to the down and dirty rock and rollers. With echoes of Tom Waits, Django Reinhardt, Link Wray, Ennio Morricone, Johnny Cash and Jimi Hendrix, this band has forged a sound that is at once unique yet familiar.
