STEP OUT: WALK TO STOP DIABETES

WALK WITH US! Join the YMCA of San Francisco in supporting the American Diabetes Association's Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes.

This is a FREE event held to educate the community on diabetes and get participants up and walking! Bring
your family, friends and neighbors and enjoy a beautiful 3-mile walk, followed by music, entertainment
and a healthy living fair. We encourage participants to sign-up online before the walk and register with
the YMCA of San Francisco team. This is fun for the entire family. There is no registration fee or minimum
fundraising requirement. Be sure to wear your favorite Y t-shirt to show support for your team!
