'Suspicious' Man, Woman Reported Near San Rafael Elementary School
The duo reportedly motioned to four children near Coleman Elementary.

Four juveniles from a San Rafael elementary school reported seeing a suspicious man and woman motioning them toward a car near the campus this week, police said.
At about 3 p.m. Tuesday, a man and woman inside a car near Belle and Grand avenues motioned to four children from Coleman Elementary School, located nearby at 800 Belle Ave., police said.

Police did not say what, if anything, the couple said to the four children, but said the juveniles left the area and later reported the incident to their teacher, who notified police.
The children described the man as in his 30s or 40s with brown curly hair, blue jeans and no shirt. The man reportedly had a dragon tattooed onto his chest and a snake tattooed on his arm.

They described the woman as in her late 30s to early 40s with black shoulder-length hair.
Police said the vehicle was a gray or white four-door vehicle with a partial license plate of 136B.
