Tween/Teen Personal Communication and Dining Program

In an enjoyable and highly participatory setting with their peers, The Protocol Academy’s innovative program is a must for teens. This dynamic workshop covers topics specifically deigned for this age group, such as: Proper Meet/Greet/Introduction; Conversation/Communication Strategies and Cues; Affect Communication; The Art of Small Talk; Active Listening; Cyber Civility and Etiquette; Mobile and Phone Politeness; 3-Course Dining Essentials; Napkin/Linen Protocol; Utensil Protocol; Styles of Dining; Table Manners; and Polite Dining Conversations. The class is rich with role-play, discussion, self and peer observation, and hands-on learning.
