On August 30, 2017, at 12:12 p.m. officers from the San Bruno Police Department responded to the report of two residential burglaries. One of these burglaries occurred on the 2800 block of Cottonwood Drive, and the other on the 1700 block of Willow Way. These two locations are about a tenth of a mile apart.

The investigation into these incidents revealed that unknown suspect(s) entered the residences by breaking windows, then ransacked the houses and left with miscellaneous property.

Within hours of these incidents, officers from the Pacifica Police Department stopped a vehicle in Pacifica, and located evidence that they believed linked the occupants to these burglaries. Investigators spent the next day collecting and analyzing evidence, which resulted in the arrest of the three vehicle occupants for both of the burglaries in San Bruno. The three suspects in custody are:

  • Jose Banos Gomez – 20 year old San Francisco resident
  • Kevin Lamont Hunter – 28 year old Los Angeles resident
  • Angela Uribe Martinez – 21 year old San Francisco resident

All three suspects were booked into San Mateo County Jail for charges relating to burglary, conspiracy, and possession of stolen property.
