Meeting Location: San Bruno Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno, CA
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing at the microphone until recognized by the Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 1 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase CD’s, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov or check out copies at the Library. We welcome your participation. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring reasonable accommodations or appropriate alternative formats for notices, agendas and records for this meeting should notify us 48 hours prior to meeting. - APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Special and Regular City Council Meetings of November 28 and Special Meetings of December 12, 2017. Minutes Approved as submitted
- CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion, unless requested.

Consent Calendar
- Approve: Accounts Payable of November 20, 27 and December 4, 11,18 and 27, 2017.
- Approve: Payroll of December 1, 15, and 29, 2017.
- Accept: Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Reports and Investment Reports Dated November 30, 2017.
- Adopt: Resolution Accepting the Phase 1 Park Pathways and City Facility Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project (City Park) Contract as Complete, Authorizing the Filing of Notice of Completion with the San Mateo County Recorder’s Office, and Authorizing Release of the Construction Contract Retention in the Amount of $3,352.
- Adopt: Resolution Accepting the Annual Report on Receipt and Use of Development Impact Fees for the Year Ending June 30, 2017.

8. PUBLIC HEARING:
Hold Public Hearing and Uphold the Planning Commission’s Decision Denying a Whale Mouth Façade at an Existing Car Wash Located at 1199 El Camino Real.
Council voted to uphold the Planning Commission’s DENIAL
9. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA: Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
- Receive Recommendations from the Parks and Recreation Commission Regarding Leashed Dogs in City Parks and Provide Direction to Staff.

b. Receive Report and Confirm Appointment of City Councilmembers:

- As Liaisons to the City’s Citizen Advisory Commissions Boards and Committees

- Adopt Resolution Approving the Installation of New Stop Signs at the Intersection of San Mateo Avenue and Jenevein Avenue.

The above item was approved. - Adopt Resolution Authorizing Purchase of One Sewer Lateral Push Camera from Envirosight in the Amount of $27,291.
The above item was approved. - Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Adding Chapter 11.38 to Title 11
(Buildings, Construction and Fire Protection) of the San Bruno Municipal Code Establishing an Expedited and Streamlined Permitting Process for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.
