"The Plaza Apartments...construction proceeding. 83 units with only 106 parking spaces... doesn't include any parking for the businesses planned on the first floor: no parking spaces for customers and workers. Where do you think the cars will park?
Neighborhoods are already near capacity.

Development is planned along the Transit Corridor, however it must minimize impacts to our current residents.
I am interested in hearing from San Bruno's candidates on development impacts and other issues: Fiber to the Home, utility rates, infrastructure maintenance, our downtown, YouTube's planned expansion, community outreach, parking, code enforcement, affordable housing, new revenue streams, excess city property, city parks, etc...
