The Daly City CA police Department advises:

Warning: Child Annoyance Suspect in Daly City

On Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 2:15 p.m., a 14-year old girl was walking northbound on the 600 block of Southgate Avenue when an unknown Hispanic male adult driving a silver 4-door sedan approached her and attempted to lure her inside the vehicle. The unknown male, the sole occupant of the vehicle, asked the juvenile if she needed a ride. The juvenile said she did not and ran towards her mother who was walking a block ahead of her. As the unknown male was speaking with the girl, he placed a black gym bag from the front to the back passenger seat. The unknown male made a u-turn and was last seen traveling southbound on Southgate Avenue.

The victim described the male as Hispanic, approximately 30 years old, with a dark short trimmed beard and wearing a white and blue striped shirt. The vehicle was described as a newer model silver 4-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord, Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima.
