On Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 9:56 P.M., San Bruno Police Officers responded to the report of a single vehicle collision on State Highway 35 (Skyline Blvd), between Sneath Lane and College Drive in San Bruno.

Officers located the vehicle down a steep embankment and the driver was unresponsive. The driver was treated by responding medical personnel, but died at the scene. There were no other passengers in the vehicle.

The investigation into the cause of the collision is still ongoing. The driver’s name is being withheld pending notifications by the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing and is being conducted by the San Bruno Police Department Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT).
