Log on now to the new Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Citizen Responder Registration site. If you were registered on the old website, you can use your same login email to create a new password.
While it may look different, the new site keeps many of the same features of the old site. The new design makes registering and updating programs even easier. In fact, you can start the process to register your program in just one click after logging in.

Until Help Arrives Adds Resources
Encourage your community to take the training.
Since the launch, more than 100,000 people have completed the training. FEMA reports that 98 percent of those trained said they are more likely to help because of what they learned. Providing help requires no special skills but it can mean the difference between life and death.
We have also updated the Until Help Arrives webpage to bring the five steps to that may save a life to the forefront. Remember:
- Call 9-1-1 and provide your specific location.
- Stay safe. Protect the injured from harm. Move them away from any danger.
- Stop the bleeding with firm, direct pressure, or a tourniquet.
- Position the injured. Let someone who is conscious position themselves. Put an unconscious person into the recovery position.
- Provide comfort to the injured. Keep them warm and offer encouragement.
