On Sunday, October 22, 2017, at 5:46 p.m., San Bruno Police Officers responded to a report of two female subjects that had committed a theft from the Shops at Tanforan Shopping Mall. A subsequent investigation revealed that one of the subjects was in possession of stolen property on her person while the second subject possessed over $2000 worth of stolen merchandise in an associated vehicle.

One of the subjects became combative and scratched an officer’s neck with her finger nails. Both subjects were arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for charges related to theft, possession of stolen property, resisting arrest, and causing injury to an officer. The suspects are identified as the following:

 Twenty-seven year old San Francisco resident Patrice Moananu
