The current show at the Society of Western Artists Fine Art Center, 527 San Mateo Ave., San Bruno was judged by Evelyn Nitzberg, Ellen Howard and Susanne Welch and runs until November 27, 2017, with a reception on Saturday, October 28th,from 1-2:30 pm. Please check our website for directions at www.societyofwesternartists.com. The Center is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Representation art awards went to Henri for her first place watercolor/acrylic “It’s Starting Again”, to Lynne Flodin for her for her second place watercolor “The Cookie Jar”, to Pat McMorrow for her 3rd place pastel “Wild Hare” and to Fran Simontacchi for her first place non-representational watercolor “Afterglow.” The People’s Choice award from our previous show was a watercolor “Bailey” by Sherry Vockel.
Other show participants are Barbara Alger, Martha Bredwell, Joe Crosetti, Anneliese Drbal, Diana Day Glynn, Jacquelyn Gray, Sharon Slusarz Harris, Yvonne Newhouse, Rose Nieponice, Terri Osborne, Susan Pizzi, Laurie Rodriguez, and Barbara Todd.
