Featured Keynote Speaker was Tom McGraw, CEO of First National Bank of Northern California. His topic was “Navigating Life and Career Transitions.” During his presentation, McGraw gave the audience advice on how to manage transitions and in so doing to thrive and achieve life balance and satisfaction. He skillfully wove in his own personal story, which included a number of dramatic changes in his own life. The message was powerfully delivered simply because it was real and heartfelt. And McGraw was, during his rich career, an actor, which meant that he was an excellent communicator. He held the audience through his emotional testimonies, meaty quotes, and through humor, accompanied by a lively PowerPoint presentation.
