On Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at approximately 4:52 p.m., officers from the San Bruno Police Officers located a vehicle that had been reported stolen to the San Francisco Police Department in the area of Lake Drive and Lassen Drive in San Bruno.
A subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle’s two occupants were in possession of methamphetamine, narcotics paraphernalia, and burglary tools. The two subjects were arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for charges related to the aforementioned violations, as well as pursuant to outstanding arrest warrants.
The two subjects are identified as:
Twenty-nine year old Daly City resident Matthew Feger Forty-seven year old San Bruno resident Elizabeth Hayes.
